Calling Hawaii Offset Alii's - HellaFlush IV

There has been talk of this for months now, and the date was tentative....but finally an official word. HellaFlush IV will take place on Oahu on February 27th!

So come correct with your stance and rep HI at this meet. Let's show our SFO friends at Fatlace how Hawaii builds cars.

Limited Edition Tee - Proceeds to help Diabetes Association

The first shirt in our Winter '09 2nd Drop is a limited run, so once these are gone...they won't be printed again.

This shirt is in memory of someone close to me who passed away last month. Diabetes is a silent killer here in Hawaii and throughout the world. It is estimated that 72,000 to 100,000 people in Hawaii is living with Diabetes.

The blood drop on the sleeve symbolizes the struggle that people with diabetes go through each and every day. On the back neck is the "LIMITED EDITION" areafifty logo.

Proceeds of this Limited Edition T-shirt will be donated to the American Diabetes Association for diabetes treatment and awareness. Mahalo for your support in our efforts.

"What is areafifty?"

Found this thread on a local forum that asked, "what is areafifty?" Well...

It all started with a group of friends who had the same passion for building dope cars. Most of us have been involved in the honda game since the beginning of time. Dominated the VIP scene since 06. And now...back to our roots. We are not a car crew. It's just a common bond. Our cars in the SS09 booth was a great opportunity for us to get our name out.

We intended to have a clothing line out by SS09, but like any new venture, ran into some road blocks. We have received LOTS of positive feedback on our logo stickers, and many requests for a T-shirt line to launch. Look out for areafifty propaganda comin' atcha shortly.

In the mean time, please keep checking this blog or add us on facebook for updates and info on upcoming collabs with other talented local people.

...and yes....areafifty does represent where we are from. The 50th.

The weekend is over, and so is the debut of AreaFifty. It was a very successful show for us, and it wouldn't have been possible without the help of a lot of people. Many thanks go out to...

- all the members of AreaFifty, who helped plan & prepare for our debut @ Streetcar Supreme 09 on such short notice, and for showing up all weekend and working.

- Aaron A., for debuting the much anticipated Lexus LS400 in our booth and dropping jaws all weekend long. Stay tuned for more on this car!

- Brandon K., for receiving a call at 7pm the night before roll-in, and showing up the next day with a show ready Acura TL that was stopping people in their tracks for 3 days. Repping hard for A50!
